Talebi hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden göndermen gerekiyor — başkasının hesabını sildirmemek için. Hesabın yoksa ve ziyaretçi olarak oynadıysan, uygulamayı silmen yeterlidir; ayrıca bize Dosya No'nu yazarsan sunucudaki kaydı da sileriz.
Uygulama içinden silersen anında. E-posta ile talep edersen kimliğini doğruladıktan sonra en geç 30 gün içinde tamamlanır; pratikte çok daha hızlı yapıyoruz.
Silme geri alınamaz. Dereceler geri getirilemez — yeniden oynarsan ilk deneme hakkın da sıfırdan başlar.
In the app: Kayıp Dosya → Settings → Account → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate.
By email: write to destek@kayipdosya.com from the email address linked to your account. If you played as a guest, deleting the app is enough; send us your File No and we will remove the server record too.
Deleted: your account and email, display name and file number, all case scores including first-attempt and best times, your leaderboard entries, unfinished rooms, badges, hint and attempt counts, and daily ad allowance records.
Kept: purchase records held by Apple and Google, which we cannot delete — reinstalling with the same store account restores the chapters you bought. Non-identifying server logs are kept briefly, then erased.
Timing: immediate in the app; within 30 days for email requests, usually much sooner. Deletion cannot be undone.
